 r our “Witches Ride” on Saturday\, October 24 at 3:00 PM! Get your bro
 omsticks ready and start planning those costumes—registration and full d
 etails will be announced soon. It’s also a fantastic way to promote your
  business—hold a sign\, decorate your ride\, and let Hueytown see your s
 pirit! It will begin at the parking lot in front of Food Giant\, across fr
 om the library and we’ll go up Hueytown Rd. to the Hueytown City Park ri
 ght into the It’s Fall Y’all Fest event …. Which begins at 4 PM. Age
 s 16 and up! $15 for EACH participant day of event. Early Registration - $
 10 for EACH participant Bring your own candy to toss to the little goblins
  lining the street. Will be announcing contest for the best Witch Costume\
 , Best Broom\, Best Bicycle and Best Golf Cart at the Fall Fest. Get your 
 broom ready and let’s fly witches ! By registering you agree with the fo
 llowing rules and participant release of liability.... Witches Ride Day of
  Event October 24\, 2026 The undersigned is a participant in the 2026 Witc
 hes Ride of Hueytown. In consideration for participating in the Witches Ri
 de\, the undersigned hereby agrees to assume all responsibility and liabil
 ity for any and all damage\, personal injury to myself and any minors in m
 y care\, or other loss of any nature and further releases and agrees to ho
 ld harmless The Witches Ride of Hueytown\, the City of Hueytown\, any othe
 r sponsors\, their officers\, employees\, volunteers\, and agents from any
  and all liability\, claims\, damages\, and causes of action of any nature
  related to the 2026 Witches Ride\, including but not limited to medical o
 r hospital bills\, permanent or partial disability\, death\, and damages t
 o my property\, caused by or arising from my participation\, or the partic
 ipation of any minors in my care\, in the Witches Ride. The undersigned he
 reby acknowledges and certifies that she has read the Official Rules\, thi
 s Release of Liability\, fully understands them\, and by signing below agr
 ees to all terms and conditions included therein. The undersigned hereby a
 cknowledges that I fully understand that my participation may involve seri
 ous risks\, including bodily injury\, which might result not only from my 
 own actions\, inactions or negligence but the actions\, inactions or negli
 gence of others. The undersigned further acknowledges that there may be ot
 her risks associated with my participation in the 2025 Witches Ride that a
 re neither known nor reasonably foreseeable and that my participation in t
 he activities at times may be hazardous. I acknowledge that the golf cart 
 or side by side being operated currently has liability insurance. I agree 
 to provide a copy of the insurance to Witches Ride of Hueytown. I acknowle
 dge that the use of alcohol while operating the golf cart during the Witch
 es Ride is prohibited. THIS DOCUMENT RELIEVES THE 2026 WITCHES' RIDE OF HU
 EYTOWN\, CITY OF HUEYTOWN AND OTHERS FROM LIABILITY FOR BODILY INJURY\, WR
 ONGFUL DEATH\, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE FOR ANY REASON. I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT I
  HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT\, UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT\, UNDERSTAND THAT I GIVE
